How can i buy a course?
Your can choose the course what you wish to watch from “Home” page or from ‘Online courses’. You can read descripton of the course by clicking on the name of the course than click on ‘Take this course’ button.

How can i pay for a video?
You can settle the payment for the video with credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay provided by Stripe.

How do I receive an invoice for the paid fee?
An invoice for the paid fee is automatically generated with the information you provided during registration. Unfortunately, we cannot modify these details after the fact.

You will receive the invoice electronically to the email address you provided during registration. If you do not see such an email, please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder, as it might have been automatically redirected there by your email client.

If you still cannot find it, please contact us, and we will resend it to you.

When can i start to watch my video?
Practically anytime, immediately after the successful payment clicking on the ‘My Videos’ menu, you will find the purchased video among your videos.
The free videos are immediately accessible to you after your registration.

How can I watch the purchased video?
By clicking on the ‘My Videos’ menu, you will find your purchased videos as well as the free videos.

How long can I access the video?
You can watch both the free and purchased videos an unlimited number of times.

How long is a video?
The length of the videos varies depending on the topic, ranging from 1 to 4 hours.

Do I receive any certificate after watching the video?
The videos available on the website do not constitute a course, and there is no associated assessment. Therefore, we will send you a ‘Certificate of Participation’ in electronic PDF format , which will be sent to you within a maximum of 8 weeks.
The Certificate of Participation will be sent to the email address you provided during registration in English.

Who are the videos recommended for?
The videos come in various difficulty levels, so they are suitable for both beginners and advanced professionals depending on the video’s topic. However, it’s important to note that these online presentations are not courses; they are intended for professionals who have completed a basic course.

I can't access a previously started video; what should I do?
Unfortunately, sometimes your phone or computer may cache previous data, causing the page not to update and instead retrieve the cached data.

If you have already purchased the video, it is linked to your account, and you have the right to view it in the system, but your browser may not be refreshing for some reason.

Here are some suggestions:

– Clear your browser’s cookies
– Log out of the website and log back in
– Try opening a new window in your browser in incognito mode
– Attempt to log in to the website from a different device
